What is the delivery time? When will I receive my order?
A firm mattress is not automatically better for your back. What matters is that your pelvis doesn't sink in too much and your spine remains straight throughout the night.
If it's too firm, you'll create pressure points (shoulders, hips) and wake up feeling more tense.
If it's too soft, you risk arching your lower back and waking up stiff.

Mattress too hard or too soft: what to do?
If the mattress is too firm, start by checking its support (a bed base that is too rigid or unsuitable will make it feel firmer), then add a mattress topper to improve comfort and reduce pressure points.
If it's too soft, first check the bed base (a worn-out support will exacerbate sinking), then firm it up with a firm mattress topper or a more stable support. Give yourself 10 to 15 nights to observe the trend (pain, awakenings, feeling of support). If the problem persists, it's a sign that the comfort/support level isn't right for you, and you need to adjust or change it during the trial period.

What is the delivery time? When will I receive my order?
We understand your eagerness to receive your Morphea mattress. Our delivery times are very fast, generally between 3 to 7 business days from the shipping date of your order.
Our shipping times are 24 to 48 hours after your order has been placed and validated.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will do our best as long as the order has not been shipped.
A cancellation after dispatch will incur a fee of 50 euros, so the best thing to do is to notify us before shipping.

TRIAL PERIOD AND RETURNS
Is it possible to test the mattress before buying it?
At Morphea, we offer you the opportunity to test our mattress for 100 nights in the comfort of your own home, regardless of the mattress type:

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your mattress.
How long does it really take to judge a mattress?
It takes 10 to 15 nights to get a serious initial opinion, allowing time for your body to adapt and the mattress to stabilize.
For a reliable verdict, aim for 3 to 4 weeks, paying particular attention to how you wake up, any pain you experience, and your feeling of support.
How do I return my order?
1) Contact us (phone, WhatsApp or email) to arrange the return, then confirm your request in writing to customer service with your order number.
2) We will explain the procedure and schedule the collection with our carrier.
3) Before collection, you must take photos of the product before and after packaging (minimum 5 photos, multiple angles).
4) The product must be protected (plastic packaging) for transport.
To be refundable, the product (mattress, mattress topper) must be in perfect condition (no stains, no damage, no modification), accessories (pillows, etc.) must remain unopened, and beds/storage beds must not be assembled.
How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days (minus return shipping costs).
WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
What does the 10-year mattress warranty cover?
The MORPHEA 10-year warranty covers, in particular:
- an indentation or visible sagging of the foam material greater than 2.5 cm (measured when nothing is weighing on the mattress),
- a physical defect resulting in cracking or significant deformation under normal use,
- a manufacturing defect in the cover (zipper, stitching, fabric).
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as stains, tears, or burns.

What is the lifespan of a mattress?
On average, a mattress is replaced every 8 to 10 years, but this also depends on usage and the bed base.
The most reliable indicators are not necessarily its age but your feelings: loss of support, dips and sagging, new pains, less restorative sleep.
If you sleep better elsewhere than at home, that's often the first indicator.
