We're confident you'll love our products, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. That's why you have a 100-night trial period. If you're not completely satisfied within that time frame, we're here to help you exchange your product or return it to us.

"100-night trial": what do we mean by this term? Here's a brief explanation, inspired by our customers' frequently asked questions.

How does the 100-day trial period work?

You can try your Morphea mattress for 100 days to see if you're satisfied with our product. If you think Morphea isn't the right mattress for you, simply contact our customer service team to arrange collection. We'll refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding return shipping). However, we recommend giving yourself at least 3-4 weeks to try your new mattress before returning it to us.

When does the 100-night trial start?

They start on the day of delivery. From the day you receive one of our high-quality mattresses , you have 100 days to try it out.

Should the mattress remain wrapped in its original plastic during the trial period?

No, not necessary. We want you to enjoy the best possible sleep, and certainly not on noisy plastic. The Morphea mattress is vacuum-packed, rolled, and wrapped before being delivered to your home. Upon receipt of your new mattress, carefully remove the plastic film using our cutter included in the welcome kit. Instructions for carefully unpacking your mattress are also included with the kit. In just a few minutes, your mattress will inflate and be ready for use.

I want to try the mattress before buying it, is this possible with Morphea?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-purchase testing of our mattresses. We also do not have physical retailers or a showroom where you can try out our hybrid mattresses or products before purchasing. We operate exclusively online: through our website, Amazon, or online retailer sites.

However, if you have any questions or would like to speak to an advisor, our customer service team remains available via chat or phone (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday) to guide you in choosing your new bedding. Our customer service team is located in Paris, France, and our Customer Service Representative is employed by our company, Morphéa. We do not subcontract this service to any other company.
