Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Our carrier will then contact you by email, text message, or phone to arrange a delivery date according to your availability. Please note that our delivery services are only available on business days.

The collection of your old mattress is an ecological and responsible approach that aims to give this product a second life. Please note that we collect your mattress free of charge. To do this, a few steps are necessary:
After receiving your new mattress, contact our after-sales service at the following address: sav@morpheabed.com to confirm in writing the collection of your old mattress. Attach at least 5 photos of your old mattress in the email. Our partner Smart Back will then contact you to arrange a collection date. On the day of collection, carefully wrap the mattress in a special mattress protective cover and place it at your doorstep or at the foot of your building.
However, there are other equally responsible solutions to dispose of your old mattress:
- Donation to an association: You can consider donating your mattress to a local association. Many charities accept donations of furniture in good condition to redistribute them to those in need.
- Municipal services: You can also contact your city's municipal services to find out about bulky waste collection procedures. They can inform you about collection days or authorized drop-off locations to properly dispose of the mattress.
Please note that old mattress collection is only available for metropolitan France.
Morphea is registered in the national register of furniture producers under the number FR038519_10UGBX. This number guarantees that Morphea, adhering to Éco-mobilier, complies with the regulatory obligations incumbent upon it in application of article L 541-10-1 10° of the Environmental Code.

We understand that bulky products can be difficult to handle. Don't worry, for mattresses, mattress toppers, and even pillows, a carrier will pick up the product directly from your home.

Conditions for Returned Products
To be eligible for a refund, mattresses and mattress toppers must be in perfect condition, without stains or damage, and must not have undergone any alterations.
As for accessories (bed linen, pillows, throws, bedspreads, duvets), they must remain unopened to be refundable. In accordance with Article L221-28, art. 5 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Finally, to be eligible for a refund, beds and storage beds must not have been assembled.
Please also note that it is important to wrap your mattress or mattress topper in plastic packaging before collection by the carrier. The carrier may refuse the product if it is not properly packaged. Once packaged, please place it at your doorstep or at the foot of your building.
Before your package is handed over to our carrier during collection, we ask you to take photos of the product before and after packaging (a minimum of 5 photos is required, taken from different angles for better visualization). We then ask you to send them to us to finalize the return procedure. This step will help ensure efficient product return management.

Refunds & Returns
As soon as we receive your merchandise, we will proceed with the refund of your order, taking into account return costs, within 14 business days. For installment payments (2, 3, or 4 times) made via our partner Alma, we will refund you proportionally to the installments already paid, while stopping future debts. Our commitment to transparency is clear, and the return costs, detailed below, are deducted from the total refund amount. This way, you avoid any unpleasant surprises:
- Mattresses, mattress toppers, bed bases, and storage beds: €100,
- Pillows, bed linen, throws, duvets, and bedspreads: €50.
- +€50 for fees outside France
We would like to remind you that any order cancellation after shipment incurs a fee of 50 euros. To avoid these fees, we invite you to contact us before your order is shipped.
