The 10-year warranty (*) covers the following defects:

– Any physical defect in the product that results in significant cracking or deformation despite normal use and proper handling of the product

– Any defect in the manufacturing of the mattress cover such as a zipper breaking, fabric tearing or seam coming undone.

If the mattress is indeed defective, we will replace it. Please note that no refunds will be issued outside of the 100-night trial guarantee.

Morphea's 10-year warranty does not cover mattresses that have not been unpacked within 30 days of delivery. It only applies to mattresses purchased directly from Morphea France or its authorized distributors. Mattresses purchased from unauthorized resellers or through unofficial channels are not eligible. This warranty is exclusively valid for mattresses that were compressed and rolled upon delivery. Products delivered without compression are excluded from coverage. Using a mattress in an unintended context or for an unintended purpose, such as a non-domestic setting, also results in exclusion of the warranty. Furthermore, defects or damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence, such as incidents occurring during transport, are not covered. Visible defects in the foam must be reported within 100 days of receipt of the product; beyond this period, they are no longer covered by the 10-year warranty. The warranty also excludes the following cases:

- Signs of normal wear and tear related to daily use of the mattress or to non-optimal conditions of use;
- A gradual decrease in foam firmness that does not compromise the overall properties of the product;
- Natural deformations of materials, including subsidence measuring up to 2.5 cm
- Minor cosmetic damage (pilling, slight imperfections, etc.) resulting from the use or maintenance of the mattress;
-Attempts at repair or alteration carried out without prior authorization from Morphea France, or the use of inappropriate methods or products for cleaning;
- Stains, tears, soiling, burns, discoloration, or any damage caused by liquids or humidity;
- Mold, odors or other damage linked to poor ventilation, an unsuitable environment or the absence of a suitable bed base

- Personal preferences regarding mattress firmness, texture or feel;
- Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities to the materials used;
- Any infestation by pests, such as fleas or bedbugs;
