Article 1 - Organization of the game

The company Morpheabed, registered under number 90755391100013 and whose head office is located at 33 RUE DE PRONY 75017 PARIS , is organizing a competition called “Private Sales” Competition from June 19 to June 21, 2024 inclusive.

Article 2 - Conditions of participation

To participate in the competition, participants must make a purchase on the Morpheabed.com website between June 19 and June 21, 2024 and in the universes mentioned below:

• Mattress
• Bed linen
• High-end bed

Participation in the game is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France.

Article 3 - Terms of participation

Participants must send proof of purchase (order number, name and email) to the email address jeuconcours@morpheabed.com  before June 21, 11:59 p.m. Each participant can only submit one entry per day. However, participants are allowed to enter for up to 3 days in a row.

Article 3 bis - Acceptance of the rules of this competition

Each participant, by sending an email to the address jeuconcours@morpheabed.com  accepts by this action the rules of this competition named and written opposite.

Each participant also agrees that their data will be used in the context of this competition, to be contacted if they are a winner.

Each participant consents to their personal data (name, email address, order number) being used exclusively for the purposes of this game, and being deleted no later than September 30, 2024.

Article 4 - Drawing of lots

A draw will be held each day from all valid entries received on the relevant date. A total of three winners per day will be drawn for the duration of the game (3 days).

Article 5 - Designation of winners

Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

Article 6 - Allocations

Each winner will receive a bed set (duvet cover, fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases) with any purchase of a double mattress .

Article 7 - Protection of personal data

Participants' personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and opposition by contacting Morpheabed at jeuconcours@morpheabed.com .

All information collected on the email address jeuconcours@morpheabed.com  will then be deleted within one month, and after each winner has been awarded, i.e. from June 21, 2024 and before July 21, 2024.

Article 8 - Disputes

Morpheabed cannot be held liable in the event of a dispute. The rules of the competition are subject to French law.
