Rules of the "Sleep Month" competition

Article 1 - Organization of the game

The company Morpheabed, registered under number 90755391100013 and whose head office is located at 33 RUE DE PRONY 75017 PARIS, is organizing a competition entitled "Sleep Month Competition" from March 14 to March 31, 2025 inclusive.

Article 2 - Conditions of participation

To participate in the competition, participants must make a purchase on the Morpheabed.com website between March 14 and March 31, 2025. Participation in the competition is open to any adult residing in mainland France.

Article 3 - Terms of participation

Participants must send proof of purchase (order number, name and email) to the email address jeuconcours@morpheabed.com for each day of participation, and for the last day, before March 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Article 3 bis - Acceptance of the rules of this competition

Each participant, by sending an email to the address jeuconcours@morpheabed.com accepts by this action the rules of this competition named and written opposite.

Each participant also agrees that their data will be used in the context of this competition, to be contacted if they are a winner.

Each participant consents to their personal data (name, email address, order number) being used exclusively for the purposes of this game, and being deleted no later than June 30, 2025.

Article 4 - Drawing of lots

A random draw will be held 10 times, on 10 different days, from all valid entries received as of the draw date. A participant who participated in draw #1 may re-enter draws #2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, provided they enter with a new order each time. A total of ten winning orders will be drawn. A winner may therefore win multiple times if they are drawn multiple times.

Article 5 - Designation of winners

Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

Article 6 - Allocations

Each winner will be refunded the full amount of their order. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of proof of purchase.

Article 7 - Protection of personal data

Participants' personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and opposition by contacting Morpheabed at jeuconcours@morpheabed.com .

All information collected via the email address jeuconcours@morpheabed.com will then be deleted within two months, and after each winner has been awarded, i.e. from May 30, 2025 and before June 30, 2025.
Participants in the competition de facto authorize Morphea to analyze the anonymized data for the purposes of retargeting marketing and Look alike campaigns on Meta and Klaviyo.
