La garantie de 10 ans (*) couvre les défauts suivants :

– Une empreinte ou un affaissement visible du matériau en mousse supérieur à 2.5cm. Cela fait référence à une empreinte qui est visible lorsque rien ne pèse sur le dessus du matelas.

– Tout défaut physique du produit qui entraîne une fissure ou une déformation importante malgré une utilisation normale et une manipulation appropriée du produit

– Tout défaut dans la fabrication de la housse du matelas comme la fermeture éclair qui cède, le tissu qui se déchire ou la couture qui se défait.

Si le matelas est en effet défectueux, nous procéderons à son remplacement. Par ailleurs, veuillez noter qu’aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en dehors de la garantie des 100 nuits d’essai.

Notez que la garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par une utilisation inappropriée, tels que les taches, les déchirures ou les brûlures.

Morphea's 10-year warranty does not cover mattresses that have not been unboxed within 30 days of delivery. It applies only to mattresses purchased directly from Morphea France or its authorized distributors. Mattresses purchased from unauthorized resellers or through unofficial channels are not eligible. This warranty is exclusively valid for mattresses that are compressed and rolled upon delivery. Products delivered without compression are excluded from coverage. The use of a mattress in an unintended context or for an unintended purpose, such as a non-domestic setting, also results in warranty exclusion. Furthermore, defects or damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence, such as incidents during transport, are not covered. Visible defects on the foam must be reported within 100 days of product receipt; beyond that, they are no longer covered by the ten-year warranty. The warranty also excludes the following cases:

- Signs of normal wear and tear related to daily use of the mattress or suboptimal usage conditions;
- A gradual decrease in foam firmness that does not compromise the product's general properties;
- Natural deformation of materials, particularly sagging up to 2.5 cm;
- Minor aesthetic damage (pilling, slight imperfections, etc.) resulting from the use or maintenance of the mattress;
- Repair or alteration attempts made without prior authorization from Morphea France, or the use of inappropriate methods or products for cleaning;
- Stains, tears, dirt, burns, discoloration, or any damage caused by liquids or moisture;
- Mold, odors, or other damage related to poor ventilation, an unsuitable environment, or the absence of a compliant bed base.

- Personal preferences regarding the firmness, texture, or feel of the mattress;
- Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities to the materials used;
- Any infestation by pests, such as fleas or bed bugs;
- Cases of force majeure, such as fires, floods, or other natural disasters. We invite you to comply with the use and maintenance conditions indicated by Morphea to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your mattress.
